With two active practices, employees are often
dependent on one another
site, and
Jenny, Sarah and Lucy split their time equally both of them. Team leaders can
be found in both of these practices to support The staff caters to all needs.

From day one we provide support from a
dedicated GDP consultant / GP Advice, paid leave to follow CPD made by
veterinarians specifically for new graduate and as your confidence grows, so do
your clients file continuity.
Hours/rev We offer flexible working hours of over 38
hours contract on Saturday and turn to NO Sunday. We work with you create a
sustainable transition that allows for a good work-life balance.
Basic value Starting
salary for new graduates £34,000 at Vets for postgraduate development in
veterinary medicine
The program has annual reviews and salary
increases.
Clinical
Veterinary Surgeons - £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. 28 days'
leave, which can be extended to 33 days after 2 years.
Additional leave after 5 years of service
increases with longevity. Chartered professional bodies include RCVS, BVA and
VDS.
Dedicated
CPD support and holidays, including tuition fees. life insurance 4 x annual
salary.
Contributory
